ok the water pump is driven by the timing set(chains) the power brakes run on engine vacuum Why not make a pulley for the supercharger kit that overspins the blower

Is the rubber harmonic section on the stock crank pulley just there for show? Does a brother have to kill to get a timing scale instead of three stupid dimples? How accurately is the zero timing mark located in relation to TDC (like less than a degree?)
