HI/LOW RPM Problem

Idle air control valve issue... they closed it off to much. Really they shouldn't be adjusting that at all, if your ECU wasn't messed with it should have the correct

Really they shouldn't be adjusting that at all, if your ECU wasn't messed with it should have the correct factory setting. I'd have them raise the idle a bit.
