Default B & M Short Shifter "FIX"

Hey, recently i redid my whole shifter again due to some "RATTLE" on higher rpm. All i did was reused the factory boot that covers the triangle plate and the problem is fixed. Here's a few pic's and hopefully it'll help out others that may have this issue.
