On a more serious note, that does suck Megan370. Hopefully everything gets taken care of.

some Update.

I went to remove all of my intake system mod today just in case if someone there doesnt like to see a fully modded car.

Custom CAI w/ oversize MAF
Custom Throttle body
my own 350z HR Intake manifold (M370 Motordyne)
Custom Oil catch can

the dealership is supposed to be mod friendly as someone here got his engine done under warranty few weeks/months ago.

Since I didnt really know what to do, if I was to drive the car with a topped up tranny fluid or just use the towing option from the Warranty ( I learned that last night ) up to 250kms at the nearest dealership ...
my nearest dealership is 150km and the second one where I want it to be is at 162kms !

so anyway I topped up 2 L of tranny fluid and reflashed the car with the stock ROM (Uprev)
the noise hasnt changed a bit ! in every gear position (P , N , D)
I had my ear under the engine oil pan , I was hearing a lot of knocking like if the crankshaft was about to give up ... and the Torque Convector also make knock/clacking/tapping noise ...
while I was topping up the tranny fluid, I saw the inside of the hose which had some debris the biggest one was about 1mm !

soo I will be getting towed !

im not sure if I should tell them I added some fluid in and saw the debris ...

edit; I have a big problem with Ign timing since last november and everytime the ECU would pull a lot of timing
so im wondering if the engine is indeed going out at the same time ... ! the knock sensor are detecting noise and make the ECU pull timing ... I never had any problem with the transmission untill last weeekend.
