I think your pressures are fine considering you only are getting into the throttle when you need to. If you keep the revs low while you are warming the car up it's not going to hurt if you have to go to 4k or so getting up to speed in traffic.
It'd be different if you were just going WOT right out of your driveway, which I know is how a lot of people tend to drive. ![]()
