Drop Engineering Engine Mounts

Interesting -- but doesn't the Z have some pretty high tech and firm mounts? From the spec sheet: Side: 2 solid; rear: 1 liquid-filled; front: 1 electronically controlled liquid-filled

I hear the same, but I guess these were intended for some major power or something like that

That is usually the primary, also the stock mounts are designed around the factory power level and probably a little over, but once you start throwing on 100whp or more the stock mounts might not work up to standard.

KamiSpeed, any chance they might give a solid discount or support for a first buyer (with boost) and provide a solid review? Buying the part is fairly cheap, but install on these will cost a bit more with getting them in.

I'll see what I can do, for now I got this image over from Drop

Drop using polyurethane pucks with a durometer rating of 75 giving you stiffer mounts and probably saving some weight too

Right -- but which one's get replaced?

Can you even replace the electronically controlled front one (controlled how, BTW???)? It looks like only the rear one could be easily swapped out, and the two on the sides are already solid.

I think that electronically controlled thing must be some sort of misprint on the spec sheet. I know some other nissans have these electronically controlled motor mounts(the murano for example), maybe they just cut and paste details from another model or something? It doesn't make sense to me. I don't think there is any "front mount" just the two sides and the tranny.
