Default CEL 2 months after tune

Had an uptune and hfcs done about 2 months ago and suddenly I'm getting a cel. When I hooked up my code reader, it told me that bank two is running lean running lean. At the same time the idle goes up to about 1k rpm ( normally set at +/- 750) . After I reset the ecu it runs fine for a while, then in stop and go traffic it pops up again. Anyone else with the same situation? I read that some of you had issuses with the berks after a month so.Could it be the o2 sensor in the hfc's or a bad sensor elsewhere ? I want an idea where to go first, the tuner or the dealership.
Thanks.
