Whine/Noise/High Pitch Arg!

Mine comes on right around 1800-2500 rpm in any gear, it gets louder the longer I'm driving within this range. Everyone who rode in my car have heard it, but

Everyone who rode in my car have heard it, but according to the service advisor at OC Nissan GG, it's "normal" because they hear it on some of their 14' models. I cannot accept this and will be making a call to corp very soon.
