grinding noise

hey guys I have this problem on the 350z and now its 370z also friend of my got this problem too on his g35.. When I start the car up everything is fine till the motor got warm up then it start making that grind noise but I step the clutch in the noise go away...something wrong or all nissan are like that?? any body know why??? ohh the 370 is about 2month old I know I didn't burn the heck out of the clutch. thats y i ask lol
