Clutch pedal too soft/no feel? Remove the helper spring!

I ran out of patience today and removed the spring assembly just to see how it feels...all I have to say is WOW. Completely changes the feel of the car.

I would like to add however that I had a HELL of a time removing the bottom pin. The top one slid out easily and the assembly came out easily but the bottom piece stayed on. I had to stick the flathead against the pin head and hammer it out cause it just wouldn't budge.

Yeah it's night and day difference and theres really no harm in leaving the assembly out for the time being.

It's easy to find compression springs online in similar dimensions, the unknown was the spring rate which is why I sent mine out to have tested and what took so long. I'll know tuesday if this particular spring is going to work well and then I'll order the rest, if all works out these could start shipping out on the week of the 6th.

i just took the spring off removed the steel seat, and the larger spring, then put it together with the little one in place and it feels great and solid.
