Clutch pedal click sound after driving hard?

Did you seriously just say you double clutched? Please explain by what you mean by this.... I have a feeling I'm going to want to headbutt my own face.

took synchrorev off, got into 4th cruising, clutch in, shift to neutral, a little gas, clutch in, shift into 3rd.
