Gear box oil ,diff oil replacement

Hello everyone i want to change my manual transmission oil and diff oil because i often hear some noise from the rear of the 370Z (when i apply the clutch)

Question Gear box oil ,diff oil replacement

Hello everyone i want to change my manual transmission oil and diff oil because i often hear some noise from the rear of the 370Z (when i apply the clutch) i guess it is from diff or gear box, not sure. thus i want to change better oil to protect the gear and diff. what kind of oil is fit for 370Z ?redline

The Redline oils to use are MT-85 for the gearbox and 75W90 for the rear end.
