Completely normal. My 2007 Altima 3.5SE did this also. My Z does the same as well. It's the throttle motors energizing. It's programmed to do this anytime ignition is ON

Completely normal. My 2007 Altima 3.5SE did this also. My Z does the same as well. It's the throttle motors energizing. It's programmed to do this anytime ignition is ON and transmission is in gear. You want it to make that noise - promise!
