Engine flooded?

So I have Injen long tube CAI. Its been pouring and its not like I go seeking out puddles but it think I might have flooded my engine. It hesitates

Its been pouring and its not like I go seeking out puddles but it think I might have flooded my engine. It hesitates alot and does not sound to happy at all. What would you guys suggest? Thanks.
