its probably the shifter. i fixed this the other day after mine got real bad. pop the shifter cover off, unbolt the center console, slide it back, unbolt the metal

6spd A True Z Fanatic Join Date: Aug 2009 Location: South Florida Posts: 3,001 Drives: Q50RS Rep Power: 26	its probably the shifter. i fixed this the other day after mine got real bad. pop the shifter cover off, unbolt the center console, slide it back, unbolt the metal plate holding the rubber boot on, rebolt it back in place, pull the rubber shift boot up slightly over the leather boot ring and zip tie it up in place.
