Default Dealer says "grinding into second is not abnormal"

Ok so heres one that you guys will like. i brought my car in for a bunch of things bc is died from a miss reading fuel gauge.. but thats another thread... so i ask him to look into the car grinding into second when i beat on it.. I call him and he says everything on the car is normal. so i ask him what about the grinding into second gear. His word "Oo, when driving the car a little hard is is not abnormal for it to crunch a litte" i asked this man 3 times the same question are you sureeee thats normal. and he said yes all three times.

My quesion to you guys is.. IS THIS GUY KIDDING ME!?!? ive never heard of a grind in a trani being "normal".. someone please correct me if im wrong and pleaseeee give me a reason and a respecable sorce for this info bc ive never heard this being normal... and this isnt power shifting into second its just a hard shift into second with the clutch to the ground.
