The exhausts will help and the Stillen bumper anyways is "almost" required as it has special fangs directing the air to the oil cooler which you will need to upgrade and the Intake. I think it's well worth it. It looks amazing too.
I'll post pics once it's on mine. You will definitely be able to take a stock Nismo. I would recommend sway bars and spring kit for handling.
