Thanks guys. Dealer already overnighted the part, so I'm going to stick to the stock CSC until the Max Street upgrade early next year together with the FI upgrade. With the CSC failing so soon under daily driven conditions, I'm a bit hesitant to do much at the moment.

Out of curiosity since I don't know much about CSC installation, do you guys prime the CSC with fluid before installing it? I read somewhere that it is bad to press on the CSC by hand while it is still dry. We definitely need a higher spec CSC that can handle higher hydraulic pressure.

Adding fluid during installation is not necessary.

Bardabae thnx for the update...So far it is looking good and I am also keeping my eye out on this product...Looks very promising....Does anyone happen to know when Killerbee and the rest of the guys that were running the JWT Clutch began to experience problems?

somewhere between 2-10 thousand after the instal

well I just hit 5000 on my set up this weekend. so far everything seems A ok, no sign of wear or fatigue still holding great.

edit: I also just went over the 60K mark on my 07, no more warranty lol.

Seb should be getting a hold of my failed CSC next week. I'd like to see what comes out of the analysis. Can Seb determine my driving style? The tech scratched his head when he looked at the condition of my clutch. ;)

Any issues with your stuff after 15K miles?
Is the engagement/disengagement of your equipment improved over stock?
What's unique to the install over stock?

We haven't gotten one up to that mileage as of yet. Everything so far has proven to be working great at the current mileages we have accumulated. The engagements will vary depending on the disc ones chooses. Our smoothest setup would be the Street disc paired with either the Sport or Max Pressure Plate. The difference between the pressure plates is the holding capacity and will depend on if one is using Forced Induction or staying NA.

The unique thing about us is our upgraded CSC. We addressed the two major issues with the factory unit. A benefit to the flywheel is its lighter weight for quicker\freer revs and more HP. Our flywheels also offer the ability to be rebuilt for life and feature 4 separate friction plates to prevent from warping the surface.

I think tomorrow is the big day my warranty gets Voided out. on the bright side, clutch is still holding out great. did some street drifting tonight on the way home from dinner. no problems to report, other than a broken diff bushing =(

:iagree: Your type of driving is really putting the pressure on this product that will IMO back up the quality and reliability of it....If it can withstand the type of driving you're doing at 5K miles, what more for those of us that just do weekly drag/drift/autcross events and some spirited driving!!!

Great Job...Keep pushing it to the limit:tup: ...I have my full attention on this thread

I know this doesn't answer your question...but rumor has it that it puts 10HP down to the ground...Seb...could you confirm this question...like esfourteen I am interested in a dyno sheet

When we first came out with the Z32 TT flywheel years ago we did a before and after dyno comparison. We gained or freed up around 15-18 whp. So it would be safe to say somewhere around 10 whp on the VHR.
