Extreme oil temps after ecu reset

Reset the ECU yesterday and went for a test run, IDK if this is specific to my vehicle but the temps soared again to about 250-260. They have leveled off

They have leveled off again this morning, i have been on about 5 trips since the reset. Hmmm as far the oil bieng the cause, I doubt it...but the more and more i read on bitog, here, and look at oil analysis, German Castrol seems to the perfect fit for this car. Anyways I'm really starting to beleive the ecu could be 1 of the culprits for high temps...
