So just got a new Z...
Whats the like the first thing that you can do to your car that makes your car faster? something cheap? or is it even possible?

btw what are those thing when u let go of the gas paddle it makes that air sucktion noise?

well you have options. How much money you have to spend?
You ca go with high flow cars, intakes or a little bit more expensive...intakes.

and the noise that your talking about is a bov ffrom a turbo kit??

what is a high flow cars?
how much does an avg intake cost?

also whats the avg cost for the turbo kit?

I don't mean to sound rude? but you need to go thru each section and search for your answers so you can educate yourself before asking really basic info. Most guys will help to a point, and some will flat out flame you. I understand it's all new to you, but please search.

High flow cats(catalyc converter) is one of exhaust system pipe which free up the stucked exhaust gas by stock cat you are looking for about 4-500$ for it
Intake about same prices as HFC
Turbos.... You will find price if you type down "370z turbo" on google anyway base line is $10k to do most any forced induction(turbo, supercharger)

Better yet, sell the car and buy a Dodge SRT-4 (aka as a Neon) They are super fast!!!!
