The rattle from the hatch area is actually a broken clip. The clutch pedal has to be replaced. They ordered the part and will notify me when it comes it. My Z is the first one to have the clutch pedal being replaced. It's still safe to drive. If u guys are having the same issue, I suggest to bring it in so it can be replaced under warranty.
