I just bought my 2010 370z roadster in MT about 2 weeks ago. One thing that is getting really annoying is that when the car is in a stand still

One thing that is getting really annoying is that when the car is in a stand still position it wont rev up beyond 5000rpm. The manual says cuz of the "fuel saving cut off mode". Well I wanna take that **** off!!!! I wanna hear my engine if I want to! Anybody know how to take it off?
