Default Oil Cooler Line Leak

Unfortunately I don't think it can be repaired, but before I take the line out and replace it, I figured I would post it here and ask just to be sure. In the attached pic I've circled where it's leaking from.

For reference, it's a Mishimoto Oil cooler that I installed about 7 years ago. I know they don't have a great reputation, so I may replace the entire thing, but I really wasn't planning to spend $450 right now.

Thanks for the help in advance.

Are you sure it’s the hose end that’s leaking and not that the banjo fitting to the thermostatic plate is loose? I’d check that first. If it is indeed the fitting….

No need to replace the whole oil cooler kit. It’s just the hose end that is leaking. You can replace the hose itself. Call mishimoto and they’ll probably sell you just that hose, or u can make a new hose yourself if you know what length and what size fittings it has.

OR, depending on if there is enough extra length built in to the hose, you could take the leaking hose off, remove the fitting, cut an inch of hose to have a newly cut section, and then stick a new fitting on it. problem fixed for $10 (cost of a new fitting).
