I am having a similar issue. The oil cooler lines to the sandwich plate leak somewhere in the same area. My setup is Mishimoto as well and about 8 years

I am having a similar issue. The oil cooler lines to the sandwich plate leak somewhere in the same area. My setup is Mishimoto as well and about 8 years old. The leak is a slow one. I am planning to replace the lines and banjo bolts.
I have been very happy with the whole setup since New. Just maintenance in my opinion. Nothing lasts forever.
