Help with Engine Noise Ban25's Z

Yeah I checked the intake cams and they seem fine, noise is definitely coming from the exhaust cam area but everything seems to be fine. Something I'm missing with the

Something I'm missing with the cams or the area more towards the back of the motor maybe?
