Default My z has been nothing but a nightmare since I bought it

About 6 months back, I bought a 2011 base model 6MT with 6,700 miles, while I understand a car that sits for a long time could be worse than one that is beaten daily, it drove like a brand new car during the test drive and even the next few weeks, after a short time, the car started going into limp mode every time I drove it, sometimes I could get a few miles, other times it will just die as I’m leaving my driveway, a couple of codes popped up, I scanned them and got p1087 p1088, and p1093, all of which calling for a faulty vvel motor in bank 2, I took it to the dealer and within a 3 week span, they found a wiring harness underneath the battery compartment that had been chewed on by a rodent, additionally, they found some bad quality repair that had been done to the abs system (wire nuts holding wires together), the techs replaced the harness and fixed the abs mess, however the problem consisted and kept giving off the p1093 code, so the techs replaced the vvel actuator harness, and it also did nothing. At this point, the tech told me that the only thing they can even think to try next would be to swap out the vvel motor itself which would require dropping the engine and cost me some $4000, I’m quickly regretting the hole I’ve gotten myself into and I can’t help but wonder, could a rodent chewing on a wiring harness have caused some kind of short or fried the vvel motor? When the tech was retrieving live data of my vvel motor sensors, he says, banks 1 smoothly rises and sinks with the rpms, while bank 2 is giving a jagged, shaky line, up until it goes into limp mode, where it will then take a dive, apologize for the long post, I’ve only been able to put about 300 miles on the car since I’ve owned it, any thoughts or advice is greatly appreciated
