Anyone know what this wiring harness is used for?

I had picked it up and it's not attached to anything. The top arrow in the picture shows a cap like piece where the harness just ends. Car is stored

The top arrow in the picture shows a cap like piece where the harness just ends. Car is stored for winter now. I'll take another pic with it out completely in the spring. I had thought someone would know what this is just from this pic.
