If nobody comes up with an answer, you may be able to figure it out from the wiring diagrams in the FSM. Link in my sig.

Trace the wires back to see if they have been spliced into the harness. Those don't look like oem wires.

The cut wire is maybe a singular wire that appears like it would of originally loop back on itself in that location. As seen in other photos of the stock VQ37VH engine? Or I it perhaps part of the Stillen Gen 3 intake modification setup? It's just worrying and weird left exposed I'm also trouble shooting random misfire code and no signal to cylinder #1

yeah thats the number 1 cyl ignition wire. its looped there so you can hook a timing light to the motor. you need to connect that back to itself preferably with solder and heatshrink as it is the ignition wire for cylinder 1. if you can't solder have a shop do it it needs to last a while. also check the wires going to the cam sensor next to it to make sure they arent shorting or that will mess things up too.

it almost looks like they F'd up that maf sensors wiring too that double loom strategy is not stock, i would take all that off and have it checked too. maybe check the other maf sensor line if it looks like that as well. was the car ever supercharged and they broke out the iat sensor wires for a seperate sensor for the stillen kit or something? I sense some electrical f**kery going on here

Agreed, that is the cylinder #1 ignition coil loop.
With that wire cut, ignition coil #1 won't fire and the engine will run on 5 cylinders.
