Not really. Unless you plan on driving gently most of the time.

The ECM has a safe set of default params. But I wouldn't go WOT for the first 10-20 miles, just in case.

No. The ECM will adjust to the way you are driving at the time. If you drive gently, the ECM will adjust itself for gentle driving ... until you start driving like a maniac. The ECM doesn't permanently learn how you drive immediately after a reset - it's always adjusting.
