I opted for a Flex tune seeing as there are only 5 E85 stations in Orlando. If you don't have E85 all over the place I'd recommend you go the flex route too.
This is the easiest way to go if you don't want to consistently test the E85. I've done some testing with different test tubes and some of them are over 10% what it actual is. Be safe and go flex fuel.
