I had this precisely same symptoms on my 2016 Nismo at ~ 8600 miles except it was intermittent and could be temporarily recovered by disconnecting battery - but not by clearing codes. The only code displayed through OBD reader we P0500. I took to dealer for diagnosis and Consult scan revealed long list of faults and low voltage being reported. They replaced battery under warranty.

The problem reoccurred within a week so I returned and let it running while it was in fault condition Besides running their diagnostic scan, they also unplugged ABS controller (which also manages traction control) and speedometer started working and other systems recovered - but not sure which ones In any case, they diagnosed it as defective ABS controller. Bad news was there was no replacement in any US stock, and they originally told me that it would be 12 weeks to get one built and shipped from Japan

On advice from my dealer, I escalated to Nissan Corp telling them this delay was unacceptable - especially since this affecting safety systems, and if they chose they could remove one from production line and have it to my dealer within a week. This did not make much of a difference, as they were still saying the best they could do was 10 weeks. However, they ultimately replaced it ~60 days after the 2nd diagnosis and this did in fact fix the problem.

Although they did not tell me this, the issue was that the ABS controller had a fault which was loading the CAN bus which resulted in all the other reported system failures.
