I've been using the Z1 power steering cooler kit since 2012. No issues with it so far. If you are boiling fluid out of the reservoir. You have it too

I've been using the Z1 power steering cooler kit since 2012. No issues with it so far. If you are boiling fluid out of the reservoir. You have it too full. Only fill it to the add line. When the fluid gets hot, it expanses. So it has to go someplace. Been using the Redline fluid since I installed the cooler.

I found someone how wanted a power steering cooler to use in a street application and offered to take it. I will double check the fill and make sure it is at the add line. I will try the Redline ATF D6 this time. How many quarts did you use to add to the add line? Just wondering since I don’t wait to overfill it. I was thinking of using the Motul multi ATF how do think it compairs to the Redline? I just purchased the Stillen power steering cooler kit it is bigger than what I have now we will see how it works. Thanks all.
