CSC failure?

Bought my 2016 Nismo brand new. At 5000kms the csc leaked all the oil out and failed. Dealer told me if they pull the trans off and it looked abused

At 5000kms the csc leaked all the oil out and failed. Dealer told me if they pull the trans off and it looked abused they wouldn't cover it. I argued it was a new car and they ended up fixing it. With some burnouts and at the drag races my clutch slips and burns bad. Too back to dealer. They say the took trans off and couldnt see anything wrong with the clutch.
