Default Power loss at 215-220 oil temp?!??!

So lately I've been noticing a loss of power after driving my car for a little while.
For example I just left work, all temps where cold per day, and I didn't a pull in second at 40, it took of like a rocket and hit rev limiter super quick.

About 20 minutes of driving in traffic, oil temp at around 220, I did the pull again, but this time is felt really sluggish and good lord it take ages to hit rev limit!!

Like what the heck is going on lol, AM I THE ONLY ONE??
