The high-flow upgrade will also work on the stillen kit. Z1's kit gives you the option to plumb the silicone piping through the radiator core without trimming, but the Stillen has to be trimmed. I purchased the Z1 because it keep's the maf's in the factory location & didn't require an immediate tune....some run the stillen without a tune. Those 2 are probably the most common & equal on power gain's....someone else may chime in w/their opinion.
