Default Clutch throw out bearing issue?

Hi guys just want to benefit from the experience of everyone here. I have a 2009 370z 18900mi on the odo, this noise just started yesterday, noise at idle and goes away with slight pressure on the clutch pedal. I have been extremely careful with the clutch and not riding on it at all. About to go to the transmission shop and prefer to get my own parts. What would I need? Thank you guys for your time.

Try searching for "CSC". If the site's search doesn't turn up what you are looking for, add "site:the370z.com" to your search string on any of the major web search engines.

I did a OEM fluid change and it quieted down. It is from what I read here that the noise is normal as long as it doesn't sound like marbles rolling around.

That's normal. Our clutches are noisy. They tend to get noisier after some use.
If it was the throw-out bearing, the noise would increase when you step on it.

Some throwout bearing noise is normal. It will only get louder with time, but is non-fatal.

Another case where turning up the volume on the radio will fix it.
