When I first got my car I believe that there was Nissans ester oil in it. The car didn't burn anything in the 3750 interval. I then switched to mobil 1, and saw to my surprise that the car burnt about a quart in an 2000 mile interval.
I switched to a Valvoline product immediately, the car now only burns a quart every 2700 to 3000 miles of moderately hard driving. I'm wondering if the amsoil would make an even bigger impact in reducing consumption... |
