What ever air that is trapped in the lines will go through the oil system. At some point, it will bleed out. Either threw the bearings, or else where. That little bit of air won't hunt if you just leave the engine idle until it builds pressure. This is why it's best to pre-fill the cooler first. You don't want that big gulp of air.
