Transmission shifting problem

Ok work done recently ... the clutch is obviously not adjusted properly. And they should have replaced the clutch plate and pressure plate at the same time only the flywheel

And they should have replaced the clutch plate and pressure plate at the same time only the flywheel is reusable (if still in ok shape). Take it back to the shop and make them fix it. Sounds like you did that already?
