I got 3 years warranty on the car and I just got it a month ago. So I should be fine to bring this to Nissan dealership right

Dude, if it's under warranty bring it to the dealer.

If that is the case then absolutely bring it to the dealer. Was under the impression you were out of warranty for some reason. But is it a factory warranty from Nissan or an extended type of warranty purchased through the used car dealer (non nissan) that you may have purchased the car from ?

Drentooth, is your car manual or automatic? Also What was your oil temperature at the time this happened?

My guess is one of the sensors have gone bad. I doubt its something major. Check with your dealer since you have warranty.

Drive it with VDC off. If it still does it then do what they say above. If it goes away, you're getting some wheel slip and VDC is kicking in. Lighten up on your foot and drive with a little more finesse. You can use the VDC indicator to see how far you need to lighten off. Once you get the balance worked out, turn the VDC off again and see how much further you can push it before the car comes loose. BTW, do your driving development at your own risk. Many people wreck while developing performance driving skills.

One other thing you can check... Lift up the rear and look at your half shafts. Make sure the sprocket for your half shaft sensors isn't caked with crud. They can be dirty, but should not have any chunks of crud on them. These sensors tell the computer how fast each shaft is spinning if the difference is too great, it will apply brakes to the one that's spinning too fast.
