Need Help with a differential problem!!

Did you have the weight of the rear diff hanging on that one bolt? It would of been wise to keep some bolts finger tight to help support the diff

Did you have the weight of the rear diff hanging on that one bolt? It would of been wise to keep some bolts finger tight to help support the diff so that the rear bushing bolt would stay strait and not cocked to easier extract.

I would torch all that rubber around the bolt out with a torch, then try and wiggle the diff out if possible. Removing the bolt outside would be a lot easier. If you are not able to remove, then your only choice is to cut it shorter. Remember to leave something to grip on to so you can remove it from the Diff itself. Maybe even weld a bar to it then just spin it out.
