Dealer cant reproduce issue; now what?

They won't fix anything until they determine it's broken.

Thats the only way they get paid from the manufacturer

If it's a safety recall then thats a different since the manufacturer is ordering the warranty repair weather its broken or not.

I see you have a 13'

I presume your nearing end of warranty and if totally fails and it's proven by them then it will be covered under the drivetrain warranty otherwise it's out of pocket.

Trips is exactly right. Being a technician myself there is nothing that the dealership nor I can do until the tech verifys the complaint.
