Dealer cant reproduce issue; now what?

To be fair, it could just be your fluid, especially if you're running stock DOT3 and it hasn't been changed before. The CSC failure will result in a permanently dead clutch pedal, not just a temporary loss of pressure. If they do replace it, they are just going to install another plastic stock CSC. If you want a permanent fix, look to the ZSpeed HD CSC or the Z1 CSC Elimination Kit. Either way, that will be an out-of-pocket expense.

i believe there will also be loss of clutch fluid in the process of csc/cmc failure.

if you are nearing the end of warranty then make sure you have them document that you brought it in for this concern and that it was not addressed. This way if it finally permanently fails just out of warranty you can press to have it covered since it wasn't fixed first visit and first visit was in the warranty period.
