Stillen gen 3 intake rupture ac lines

I just want to make sure what causes stillen intake to rupture ac. I have stillen intake installed 2k miles ago just worried. Is this the ac lines that needs

Default Stillen gen 3 intake rupture ac lines

I just want to make sure what causes stillen intake to rupture ac. I have stillen intake installed 2k miles ago just worried. Is this the ac lines that needs to be wrapped. Are these qc lines that need to be wrapped. Is it common for stillen to make hole on ac line. Here is pic of mine installed

Yes, you need to cover the lines, it's common if you don't cover those lines.

Your picture is really bad/you should take the front bumper off... Because it looks like you put SOME rubber there

The higher line is covered not smaller line. Will that be a proble.

I got a piece of hose with the same ID as the a/c line OD. Split it and put it over the a/c line, and taped it so it doesn't move. Haven't had a problem in 5 yrs.
