I've seen a "kit" for e85 on the 370. Do you still have to switch over all fuel lines and do like a full conversion because of how caustic e85

Do you still have to switch over all fuel lines and do like a full conversion because of how caustic e85 is? Also, what information can you give me about why water/Meth and e85 combined is a bad thing as far as hurting performance? Thanks.
