sounds like fuel starve. Was it a right-hand turn?

It was a right hand turn, but it about half a tank left. Definitely wasn't low.

Doesn't have to be very low. Quite a few have reported fuel starvation with half tank of gas. Several threads on the problem.

I get fuel starve with 7/8ths tank left. Hard driving and long/sweeping right hand turns, you'll experience it. Anything under that isn't worth the risk and I won't push the car as hard in turns.

Here's your fix for fuel starve:

CJM Road Race Fuel Pump, Production Round 4
