Our engines have two oil/air separator from the factory. They are located above the valve cover and connect the valve cover to the intake.
An aftermarket catch can will have a small benefit of keeping the throttle bodies a little cleaner, BUT they still will need to be cleaned. Keep in mind: if not installed properly they can introduce an un-metered air leak. |
