Shifting when spirited driving(race sometimes)

So im new to manual i get the launching part on first gear but that second gear always gets me my car jerks like hell when i try to shift

King14 Base Member Join Date: Feb 2016 Location: Tracy ca Posts: 44 Drives: 2016 Nissan 370z 6mt Rep Power: 9	Shifting when spirited driving(race sometimes) So im new to manual i get the launching part on first gear but that second gear always gets me my car jerks like hell when i try to shift fast at 7k rpms, so i wanted to know what do you guys do, dump clutch on 2nd 3rd nd 4th or try shift fast without dumping clutch thank you. Im new to the manual world id you didnt figure out yet
