I cannot find any info on this. I'd like to do 4.08's but I can't figure out how much it'll end up costing installed.. What has everyone paid (including parts)

How much does a FD gear swap usually cost?
I cannot find any info on this. I'd like to do 4.08's but I can't figure out how much it'll end up costing installed.. What has everyone paid (including parts) to have them installed?
