Amsoil users, What's Your Oil Change Interval?

Amosil or any oil put in the z should be changed every 3k or less depending on how hard you run it. Dirty oil just means its doing its job.

Dirty oil just means its doing its job. I havnt sent any samples to black stone but when I really whoop on the car I change my oil before 3k.
